This was how I was first introduced to exercise, my dad was in the Army Reserve and showed me at age 13 how to do push-ups, pull-ups, situps, squatting and various other simple but very effective exercises. All of them helped me get stronger and more athletic. Feeling strong was fun.

Can I get stronger with just bodyweight exercises?
Yes, you can. Adding plyometrics; taking many of those movements you know and adding a level of speed and explosiveness to them will do the trick.

What if I am bored and have plateaued with the free workouts?
Getting bored and plateuing happens. You have to ask yourself, “what are my goals?” Then find a professional coach who will help you reach those goals with a safe and effective program that evolves to suit your needs. Online coaching is less than personal training, convenient and extremely effective. Let them be your filter. You live your life.
