Week of 2-17-20 Programming Highlights

For the Week of Feb 17, 2020 – Athletes will be working with odd objects in familiar movements. The emphasis will be Overhead strength, and endurance.  Work/rest power days. A higher mix of longer metcons, to improve aerobic capicity under load, coupled with one short high intensity metcon to improve our anaerobic capacity, increase fat burning and test your body in the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight). There will be a higher mix of weightlifting movements over gymnastics movements this week.

There will be high and low skill movements, with appropriate scaling/modification options to build you towards achieving the higher skill movements and weights.
