How did you feel before starting CrossFit? Although I was working out before starting CrossFit I was inconsistent. The program I was doing did not have the schedule/classes that fit my schedule. I wasn't improving and felt stuck and unmotivated.What were your goals? My goals were to get into a regular workout regiment, start to feel more energetic, motivated, get stronger and change my physique.What have you achieved during your journey? Prioritizing my health and fitness was a big achievement. My consistency in attendance. More confidence in my athletic abilities. I've gotten much stronger and I'm looking forward to increasing my strength. Doing my first CrossFit open. Last but not least, I've made my peace with burpees. This might be my biggest achievement yet.What are you most proud of? I'm proud of not giving up and how my mental game has changed from when I started.What’s your favorite part of the Aero Health and Fitness experience? The community and the coaching staff are by far the best parts of CFM. Denise and Steve (the owners) along with the rest of the coaching staff really care about your goals and they take the time to get to know you in order to coach you accordingly. I would not be where I am today fitness wise if it were not for their encouragement, expert coaching, patience and leadership
