You'll be participating in 4 One on One personal training sessions, focusing on bodyweight movements and a barbell or dumbbells if appropriate. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a kick-ass workout too.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the session, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and have fun.
Once you complete Fundamentals, you have the option to go into Group class, stay with personal training or do a combination of both!
