"the choice between good and evil"
The choices we make dictate the life we lead. And sometimes a choice is so powerful it could mean the difference between life and death. With all your decisions there are consequences, both good and bad.
Wherever you are in life today, this is a culmination of your choices over your lifetime. Do you not like where you are? Generally speaking it's a result of your choices.
Why am I talking about choices? No matter where you are today, you can always change your thinking and make different choices ultimately changing your life direction. When it comes to our health and wellness, we can always change our current state.
You are not what you think you are, but what you think, you are. So do you see the world through the eye of a needle? Have you limited yourself to just one way of thinking? Most likely.
How do I change my thinking and make different choices? First we must decide that where we are is not where we want to be, then choose to change. Write down your new goal. Give it a timeframe to achieve. Then start asking questions about your goal. Has anyone else achieved this goal? How did they do it? How long did it take? What do I need to do to get here? What should I expect along the way? Then take some kind of action, any action.
Our health and overall wellness is something that can be improved with just a few simple choices. It's not complicated. For instance, drinking water throughout the day instead of soda, teas, seltzers, coffee and juices. That could be a first choice. Give it a try, even if you think you drink enough.
